RETURNS POLICY

Since every fashion brand featured on Aboomba has its own return policy, the basic terms of that policy are outlined on every individual product page so you can review them before you buy.

Items bought on Aboomba should be returned directly to the brand who shipped the given item to you. Aboomba does not directly receive returns.

In addition to the specific brand or product return policies, returned items must conform to the following:

  • We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging, since these tags and packaging are required for returns
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. Footwear & accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box.
  • We recommend you return the items in the original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.
  • Note that the original shipping charge is non refundable.


What happens when you want to return an item?

The information enclosed in your shipment includes instructions to get a return authorization. If the return authorization is requested within the allowed period of time after receiving the merchandise, and if the item is eligible for a return, you will receive instructions via email how to return the item.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.

Once the item is received by our brand partners, and if it complies with the return policies, the brand will coordinate with Aboomba to issue you a refund.

Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirming that our brand partner has received your items, and you will be issued a refund. The refund will be issued to the same credit or debit card you used for your original purchase, and may take a 2-10 business days to post, depending on your bank’s policies.

Please note that Aboomba, or our partner fashion brands, cannot take responsibility for delays related to the service of our shipping providers (UPS, USPS or FedEx).
