Plenty by Tracy Reese
With an innate desire to create beautiful things, Detroit native Tracy Reese headed for Manhattan in 1982 to attend Parsons School of Design. In 1996, Reese launched her eponymous collection to rave reviews. Perfect for the modern woman, Reese's debut showcased ultra-feminine, polished pieces layered with intelligent nostalgia, charm and glamour; a distinctive look.
The textile highlights included geometric laces, raffia embellishments, tribal embroideries and bonded technical knits. Reese's pretty prints anchored the collection. There's a masterfully mixed selection of tropical floral and tribal geometric patterns in a delightful palette of scarlet, blue, green, pink and ochre.
